SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:
"Art of the Smokies" screen saver 
images are the property of Terrell Publishing Co. and 
are protected by United States copyright law and 
international treaty provisions. You may not rent, 
lease, or sell copies of the Software; further you 
may not alter or use images contained in the Software 
for any other purpose than that for which they were 
intended. Title and copyrights to the Software and 
any copy made by you remain with Terrell Publishing. 
Unauthorized copying of the Software, or failure to 
comply with the above restrictions will result in 
legal prosecution with civil or  criminal penalties.

Note: Although these screen savers will run on 
systems capable of displaying only 256 color 
(Super VGA or SVGA), the quality of display is 
enhanced greatly on systems capable of supporting 
16-bit ("thousands of colors", "High Color") 
or 24-bit ("millions of colors", "True Color"). 
The quality of display also depends on the resolution 
at which your system is set; the higher the resolution,
e.g. 1024 x 768 as opposed to 800 x 600, the higher 
the quality of display. A good display resolution 
is 800 x 600 with 16-bit color.

  1. For optimal viewing,  screen display settings 
   should be at maximum resolution. Consult your 
   computer user manual or contact your computer 
   vendor for more information.

   Memories" are in direct violation of copyright 
   laws.  DO NOT INSTALL this screen saver on 
   more than one computer at a time.
